Terms and Conditions

Docked Society™ delivers exclusive, high-end yacht experiences with strict attention to quality, safety, and control. To maintain the luxury standard and operational excellence of our events, the following policies apply:

✔️ Booking & Payment

• All experiences are arranged through a personal concierge — no direct online checkout is available
   
• Bookings require full advance payment after concierge review
   
• Only one designated person per group is authorized to approve and pay for orders
   
• Any onboard add-ons must also be approved and signed for by that same person
   

✔️ Add-ons & Packages

• All premium packages and à la carte add-ons must be arranged at least 72 hours in advance
   
• Approved upgrades are reflected in an updated invoice and must be paid in full prior to boarding
   
• Packages are never available for spontaneous purchase onboard — they are exclusive, pre-arranged bundles offering limited-time value
   

✔️ Alcohol Policy

• We do not serve drinks by the glass. Bottle service only
   
• Cocktail staff is trained to maximize guest enjoyment by keeping glasses filled responsibly
   
• Security staff monitors consumption and guest behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
   
• We reserve the right to implement time-outs or remove guests for non-compliance
   

🚫 Prohibited

• No fire-related entertainment or décor allowed (no candles, fireworks, fire dancers, etc.)
   
• No unauthorized staff, photographers, or vendors onboard
   
• No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within the 72-hour window prior to the event

Docked Society™ events operate with a high degree of logistical precision. For the safety and quality of every guest, we reserve the right to approve or reject any booking. Our concierge team is trained to ensure that each event aligns with the standards of our brand — exclusive, secure, and unforgettable.
